  1. obviously it does...

  2. Ok well I got mine done.

    I don't think it hurt a lot.

It is just a really big pinch in your stomach.

    It is quick and easy.

try not to think to much about it.

  3. I had my belly button pierced at the end of 8th grade, but I remember it like it was yesterday. I was really nervous, and my mom and sister took me because they both had it done. The guy who did it had me lay down on a chair that reclined, kind of like the dentist's chairs. He rubbed the area with alcohol and used a marker to point out where I would want it. I held my mom's hand, (for the pain, I told myself) and waited for him to do it. I felt a sting, but looking back on it now, I realized that it felt much like getting your ears pierced, except it was just on your tummy. I remember looking down, seeing the needle through my skin, and quickly looking away. When I looked down again, he had put a simple 2-ball ring in. I was turning to my mom and telling her how it hardly hurt at all...and then the guy poured alcohol all over it. Now THAT hurt. It burn and stung for a minute, but really it was only the alcohol that caused the pain for a little bit. On the way home, I did start to feel an ache, and it bled a tiny bit, but other than that it was fine.

My advice to you is to keep the original piece of jewelery in for the recommended amount of time- my hole would start to heal itself whenever it could, so I could hardly take out my ring for more than a day. The longer you keep the ring out, the harder it is to put it back in. Remember to clean it daily, and try not to tug it or get it caught on anything. That stings too. And if you can, make sure that the piercing is not too shallow. The skin in between the holes is very thin for me, and I'm starting to worry about whether or not I should get it redone. Anyhow, a navel piercing is just like any other piercing really. You just have to be more attentive and take care of it. I hope this helps you.

  4. h**l yell...I cried...had to keep stopping so I could get my nerve up. When I finally did let him do it, I screamed like h**l...it took about one hour from start to finish...when is should of just took 1 minute or less...sorry...I was scare. Go head and try it!!!!
