  1. not usually unless it is pretty big. it could be hitting the nerve which could make your whole jaw hurt.


  2. If it's abscessed (infected) it very well could. I'd go to the dentist before it gets any worse.

  3. No, cavities are so easy. They should not make your jaw hurt at all if done properly and correctly. I once got a cavity filled without Novocaine, not bad at all.
