Does a person age a lot over the course of 5 years?

For instance say the last time you saw a person they were 22 years old. Say you don't see them again until 5 years later, would they look a lot different? Say it's a crush from college.

  1. Depends on what has happened to them over the last 5 years - stress for instance, whether they smoke, drink, exercise.... had any deaths to grieve

  6. They will most likely be recognizable. People don't change much during that age span. Their outlook on life may change and their way of thinking may change but looks like, they would still look the same (aside from minor changes).

  7. 22 is pretty old for a lot of physical change to happen maybe facial hair, clothes, not so much height maybe weight
