I'm not sure what you mean by "p**n movies". All Playmates do movie with them stripping their clothes off and just dancing or moving around nude (they never touch themselves or do anything like that, so it's not p**n). Yes, you must do these things to be Playmate, I doubt the readers of Playboy would appreciate a few pictures.

Some PM's go into real p**n, but not until their contract with Playboy is over. Most don't, however.

A Playboy Playmate signs up to do photo shoots, not to do p**n.  If she wants to do p**n, then she can; and Playboy has something like a "p**n department".  It's the model who says what she will or will not do.
