  1. absolutely. the president has to make a lot of important decisions and stand by them even if he/she is opposed. Taking responsibility is one of the most important things that a president can do.

  2. No, they do not NEED to, obviously, but they SHOULD be!

Our Constitution only provides 2 remedies that I can think of. One is impeachment and perhaps conviction.

And the other is in the 2nd Amendment, yeah, the right to bear arms...revolution is implicit.

  3. I'm sure it's in the oath of office that they take. Our congress needs to be responsible and impeach the son of a bush too - the constitution says that it's an obligation of the congress to impeach if the president has committed crimes, not if it's convenient to them at the time.

  4. Apparently not.

  5. Our Republic does not have a President. Our Republic is not represented by a President. Our Republic is controlled by a Corporate US Government of which Bush is the President. As he has proven over and over again he has no responsibility to uphold our Constitution.  All the agencies of his Corporate US Government are sub-corporations of his Corporate US Government. The Corporate US Government is commerce. An example, Corporate US Government Department of Justice does not administrate our Constitutional law. The Corporate US Government administrates ADMIRALTY LAW (commerce). The American people need to be educated to these stated facts. The American Citizens need to take control of their Republic and structure a responsible Government by, We The People.
