does your probation officer have to report you NO MATTER WHAT if you violate probation?

or, under certain circumstances, could he let it slide?

  1. My probation officer let me slide twice, for failing a drug test once for marijuana/cocaine, and the next time for opiates, both times he gave me increased drug testing schedules, and a warning that the "next time" you'll do time.  With 2 months left on my probation, I am not s******g up again.  Try not to p**s them off, po doesn't stand for push over.


  2. Why would the cop cut you a break?

    They already are by not having you locked up!
