  1. THIS IS SPARTA!!!!

Nah they probably are all dead.

Good ole Alexander gave it a go though.

God bless him and my God rest his soul.

  2. NO !

  3. The concept of race is very vague and on different societies it has a different meaning.

What I am saying is that race is more of a culture based thing, rather than an actual scientifically proven fact!!

Many Greeks themselves might consider themselves to be a race, others might simply say they are mediterranean people and then some other greeks might simply call themselves part of the human race.

Race like we see it here in America (you know, black white etc) is very innacurate and does not really reflect the diversity of the globe, rather the American diversity so it doesn't really apply to call them white, maybe to the American mind yes but the American mind is not the only one out there.... each culture has its own definitions of culture, race, etc.

  4. Are there any current or historical cultures that recognized a Greek race? If so, yes it exists about as much as any race exists.

  5. There may be certain physical characteristics that are prevalent in a nation but they would not constitute a distinct race.  The same characteristics could exist in people no matter what area they lived in.
