Does a router keep record of sites?

If your the admin, and you log onto your router or w/e does it show the history of sites?

  2. YES, most can.  For example on a Linksys WRT54G you would go to the GUI interface, then click on Administration, then Log.

    MOST routers do have a firewall log or site history log.  You might have to enable it, but it should be an option.

  3. I never heard of a router doing that, most likely not. The computer itself saves all the visited sites.

  4. routers do not store ANY information related to site visitation, it doesn't even store cookies or temp files. all record of anything you do on the internet (accessable by an admin, remember that the gov stores some info about wt u do) so as long as you clear ur cookies, files, and history. Nobody will ever know what you are doing on the internet (saying that I am NOT implying in anyway that you do anything on the internet that you don't want anyone seeing)
