In Utah, does a single member LLC need an operating agreement? If so, who are the parties to the agreement? I have a template that is an agreements between multiple members of the LLC, but if there's only one member, who is the agreement between?

Thanks!

  1. No, normally a single member LLC does not require an operating agreement.

I am not familiar with Utah law but it is illogical for anyone to require an operating agreement for an LLC with only one owner.
