  1. physics laws are always breaking down one after another.maybe one day this happens too.who knows!


  2. Physical laws break down because matter is torn down to its sub-atomic particles or even further.  Once in a singularity physics no longer apply.  As for traveling through time in a black hole it is more likely you would be crushed and then ripped apart atom by atom.
