  1. to go on water yes

  2. Any creature of mechanical nature that goes on the road and has to be registered by the state has to be inspected periodically.  This is simply to assure all of us that it will not be the thing that becomes unhitched and kills the person behind them.  You have the boat registered right???  'Cause I have a son on the water too...

  3. Yes.

  4. Ofcourse,

Otherwise everybody would hide guns and dead bodies there.

  5. Yes! Inspected, registered and depending on what state you live in, insured.

  6. YES!!!

  7. no it doent  but it has to be registered

  8. if it has brakes on it it does but if it doesnt have them and it is under10000gvw which most boat trailers are then no inspection needed just a plate and make sure the lights work

  9. Well Jake, it depends where you live, what you consider to be a small trailer, and if you want to be legal.

Check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles for your states requirements.  Most of them have on line information available.

  10. Yes they do.

  11. the  boat trailer has to at least have a license plate on it.  and you need the lights and all to work.  i know where i live you dont need a SMALL trailer inspected.  why not just swing by an inspection station or gas station and ask?  all depends on the state.
