Does a speeding ticket in Pennsylvania carry points on a Maryland license?

If the Maryland MVA receives notification of a conviction outside of Maryland the MVA assigns points ONLY for the following type of convictions:

    * Alcohol or drug related offenses;
    * Leaving the scene of a personal injury accident;
    * Homicide or manslaughter involving a vehicle;
    * Use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony.
