Does a student having a US green Card studying in India have any advantage in USMLE?

Also, does a US citizen studying in India get any advantage or favor in USMLE?

If you have a green card, why are you studying in India?  No doubt they have great schools there, but you might as well come to the US if you have residency and you can pay less in tuition (since you're not on a student visa and paying as a non-resident).  Also, many degree programs from Indian universities are not recognized here and in order to be taken seriously by employers in the US, you should have a United States accredited bachelor's degree.

Additionally, you do know that once you have a green card, you cannot live outside of the US for longer than a year or you risk having the green card revoked?
