when you go tanning in a tanning bed does it damage your hair just like the sun does?

Since tanning beds emit UVA and UVB radiation this not only effects your skin harshly, but it also effects the condition of your hair. Tanning in a tanning bed can change the color of your hair and dry out the hair, making it brittle and prone to split ends/breakage. Try using a self tanner such a Jergens Natural Glow instead.

Uhh yeah I would think so but shouldn't you be more worried about what it's doing to your skin rather than your hair!?
