my cousin Laura who is 7 is going to Puerto Rico does she need a passport to go to puerto rico? we live in Florida. and she is an american born girl .

  1. No, just take a copy of the birth certificate my daughter is 10 and has been traveling with me from and to PR since she was 6 and on some occasions by herself and have never had a problem. I always have a copy of her birth certificate with me just in case.
