Does a wbesite need a visa card to recieve the monye visitors send by a Visa Card? Thanks for your help.?

If you sign up to receive money via Paypal, you should be able to use your checking account and would not necessarily need a visa card.  Most ways that you accept credit cards will send an electronic funds transfer to your checking account.
