I have two nests but can't tell if it is the same bird. There are eggs in both nest.

  1. No, they only have one nest at a time..they must incubate the eggs and would not be able to take care of both nests at once.  Wrens do build "dummy nests" sometimes to confuse any watching predators..but they will only use one at a time. It could be two separate pairs or possibly one male that has two females.
