Does acupuncture help headaches and/ or hot flashes?

I personally swear by acupuncture for headaches! I go once every two weeks (or try to) and i also get massage as well which helps a bunch!

I had headaches everyday! depending on the day, I had better days and bad days but everyday I would have them. Acupuncture with massage was the only thing that helps them cause I really didn't want to be popping pills everyday.

Acupuncture is a great stress reliever for me. I have never suffered from headaches personally so I can't speak for myself. The last time I was at my Acupuncturist, I met a young woman who suffered from chronic migraines. She said that acupuncture was helping her tremendously. I asked her if she was doing anything else to try and help and she said no. It was her belief that acupuncture alone was her savior.
