Yes, Adderall can cause those side effects, as well as many others. Don't stop taking it on your own though. It's a drug you need to be weaned from.

please do not listen to that mrs.fuzzy person! a jealous cat is one thing, but trying to suggest that the cat will not hurt the baby is crazy! jealousy can make a lot of crazy things happen. there was a case about a puppy chewing off a baby's genitals all because the mother was no where around. so please for the sake of your baby DO NOT leave your baby alone at all with that cat. i dont wanna wake up one morning and there's a story on the news about a cat mauling an infant. pretty please just ignore what the mrs.fuzzy person said. being a cat owner of 40+ yrs does not insure that a cat will not hurt a child
