Does age matter when getting a job at USPS?

No, age doesn't matter but if you're a veteran it will add points to your overall score of the civil service exam.The only thing is that the p.o. you want to get hired at may be apprehensive about hiring you(they aren't allowed or supposed to discriminate),but then again it would depend on the position you're applying for, too.But if you're in it for the long haul,let them know you won't quit when your retirement age rolls around.
