  1. One hour for one beer or shot of alcohol.Usually by noon the next day the alcohol is out of your system if you quit drinking by midnight.

  2. Probation officers give drug tests that can detect alcohol for up to 3 days in your system.  They really do detect it...

  3. Yes, it does! Remember that your body metabolizes 1 ounce of alcohol per hour, and give your body ample time to process what you drink. In other words, don't do shots of jack on the way to take a drug test! LOL

  4. Yes, it does, but it depends on the test.

The standard alcohol test is the brethalyzer or BAC urine/blood test. These work only within a few hours because your body metabolizes the alcohol fairly quickly. No drug test is going to bother with this.

There is also an EtG test, which works for several days after you drink. It isn't testing for alcohol, it's testing for things your body produces after you drink alcohol. These last for 3 or 4 days. The test is used to bust people who are court ordered not to drink.

So, if you're taking a "drug test", it's probably looking for illegal drugs, not alcohol.

  5. Usually testing for alcohol and drugs are separate, they have different components.

However I believe some tests are being produced where both can be tested at he same time.

Usually alcohol leaves the system after 12 hours, depending on how much has been consumed. One bottle of vodka wouldn't be gone by lunch.

Cannabis, depending on the strength of THC contained, can remain in the system for up to 30 days.

"p", or meth starts to filter out of the system after approx 4 hours, and can have left the body by 12 hours.

Reading your question and duration since your last drink, I would say you are clear, you will be fine.

    Don't worry, be happy.

  6. Plus, alcohol is legal.

  7. If they decide to specifically look for that in the test then yes.

  8. alcohol is legal,a drug test is for illegal drugs,if you have a problem with alcohol, they might test you

  9. alcohol won't stay in your body that long and is not detected by standard urine tests.  The liver will rid the body of alcohol at a rate of 1 drink (1 shot liquor or 1 glass of wine or 1 beer)  every hour.  So if you drank say 12 beers it would take approx 12 hours to get rid of it.  Assuming that you have a healthy liver
