Does all genuine Waterford Cyrstal come with the seahorse stamp? My new frame has waterford etched at the bott

bottom, but there is no seahorse. It come in the Wateford box,and inside it was lined with Waterford tissue paper. It was also inside of a grey Waterford bag. It also had the seahorse sticker on the front. My mom wants to make sure it's authentic! She said that the etching at the bottom is larger than her other pieces and it's missing the seahorse. I got it on Ebay from a reputable seller!
