Yes, alli helps you S H I T your pants so be sure to wear a diaper. My friend rachel takes it and she has to clean her underwear everyday and sometimes she re-eats the oils that fill her underwear.

but it's true. the fat doesn't get absorbed so it just slips out.

my manager used to take it and she told me it works because she was scared to eat anything with fat in it so she wouldn't get diarrhea.  so she ate healthy foods.  but i think if you don't eat extremely greasy foods it won't be too bad.
