does alltels my circle come with 20 people per phone, or for the whole family?

i mean like the plan im getting it says it comes with my cricle 20,

it says that i get 20 unlimeted calling, i have 3 ppl in my family, would we get 20 ppl each, or 20 people spread through the whole family. like would we really get like 7 or 6 per phone, help!!
