  1. Almonds can be part of a healthy diet. However, it's important to understand that although almonds (or any other nut) has protein, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats, they still have alot of fat. You could put on weight if you eat too many. If you're looking to lose weight, then limit yourself to one serving daily. (Which is a small handful...no more than 14 nuts).

    24 whole almonds (dry roasted) have 15 grams of fat..just in case you're wondering.

  3. Almond wont put on weight. Its when you eat too much of roasted or salted almonds daily that you will put on weight. Nuts only satiate the belly if taken raw,that too 1/2 handfull in the morning & another 1/2 handfull in the vevening...mix them anyway and dont just stick to almonds ...all nuts are good when eaten raw...
