  1. yeah. externally and internally.

  2. i wouldnt call it juice, but it makes sunburn feel a h**l of a lot better

  3. it tastes really bad but it has a lottt of health benefits

  4. it helps but not as much as a type of soap or something with aloe vera in it.

  5. i think it does and i know it is very healthy. It always helps heal my cuts if i have some around. It also works on burns. aloe vera in a bottle is about just as good as from the plant. I use the one from the bottle on my mosquito bites so they don't itch as much. it works

  6. You didn't indicate what or why you were possibly using the juice for> Taken internally, it is like so many other supposedly effective herbal remedies and food suppliments.

Personally, as an RN, I wouldn't bother, A balanced diet is just as effective and much more tasty.

However, as others have note, topically, it is very effective for treating sunburn if you can apply it as soon as possible AFTER exposure. (again, with sunburn, personally, I use vinegar) And if you have an aloe plant, it is more effective to break off a small piece of the branch and apply it directly to the burn or blistered area.

(Oh, if you do have a blister of any kind, under no circumstances should you try to pop it. If possible, cover to protect.)

  7. help what . . . . ?

  8. yes it really really helps.  use its jelly directly on face from the plant. enjoy its coolness, enjoy the brightness it can bring on to your face.  It is simply fantastic. Good for stomach.  Not the bitter one.
