You can get addicted to it. I did.. Do not ever take more than 1 a day..  I got to where 1 didnt' work and I kept taking more and more and more and I got addicted.. I was taking about 40 a day..I wasn't sleeping.. I was getting high.. So use them ONLY as you need them.. and only as prescribed.
