No AMTRAK trains offer wireless Internet at this time. However, you might want to look into Internet access through a cell phone provider. I believer Verizon offers a data service with a device that plugs into the USB port of a laptop. Assuming that you are riding through a area with decent cell coverage, you could access the Internet in that fashion.

Amtrak's Crescent, the train that goes from New Orleans to Atlanta, does not have wireless internet.  Probably some day, but not quite yet.

There are issues about how to provide internet on a moving vehicle that's passing through some pretty desolate countryside.  Not to say that there aren't solutions; just that it isn't overly cheap or easy, particularly on routes that don't cater to business passengers.
