  1. well, it doesn't matter what country they're from, unless it's a dependant country (the Virgin Islands, for example). I'm not sure about all the intricacies of British law, but generally when an immigrant marries a citizen they are allowed to live in that country for any but the strangest circumstances.

    There are heavy regulations, though, and public marriage consultations to prove that it's a real marriage.


  2. each country has it own laws on what required for citizens that marry out side their country.

    UK is like the US in that they want to ok anyone coming in to the country even if related to a citizen.  You better read the web page on this.
