Does an acai berry sink or float?

acai = a berry, asking if it floats.. you know.. like a cranberry.........

I don't know the answer for sure, but since Acai Berries contain a high amount of fatty acids, I would be willing to bet that they float on water. The pit in the middle would have to be really heavy to make the berry sink, but if it is like most other fruit pits, it is likely to be semi-porous. Anyway, I say the Acai berry floats.

And to answer the previous comment, Acai berries are awesome. We always hear about the next new superfood, but the acai seems like the superfood to end all superfoods. What other berry has the antioxidant properties of acai, can also help with weight loss, can alleviate the aches and pains of many diseases, and also kills cancer cells? Acai is the best of the superfoods in my opinion.
