  2. in a mass production farming... Their are many natural risks. They could include: Wind Damage, drought, flooding, and even hail damage, or frost.  But by definition, growing plants in a controlled environment such as in a green house, would be considered in the Agriculture territory.  So if you had a controlled environment such as a green house, could be considered as an area without natural risks.
