Does an iPod video have a video output?

For plugging into component slots? I have a projector screen and my DVD library is getting pretty big. It seems like the space conscious option would be to put movies on an iPod instead and just plug it in. I just don't know if this would work.

  1. That would work great. Here is the official cable, but you can find cheaper ones if you like.http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/We...

  2. I really like iPod Video Converter + DVD to iPod Converter Suite by Cucusoft. It isn't free, but it has worked quite well for me. You can download a free trial to check it out, but it does put a banner across the output in the trial version.
