Does an international student is allowed to stay in UK for 2 years after study?

Is this true that an international student is now allowed to stay in UK for 2 years after study?Previously this was only in Scotland. Now in England too. Is it really true? Please share your views.

  4. If you graduate from a UK university you can get a work permit / visa under the The Work in the UK scheme.

    It gives all overseas graduates in the UK the option to apply for a 2 year working permit.

    Time spent under the Post-Study Work scheme does not count towards permanent residence.
