Does an new real estate contract replace an old contract?

I had a real estate deal whereby the seller went through a relo company. When we first made the offer, it was a standard contract to the owner of the property. Then after 2 days of acceptance we had to redo another contract with the relo company. Is the initial contract still binding?

  1. Depends on the language contained in the original and second contracts.  With relo firms, I'd venture that the second contract contains small language nullifying the earlier contract.

  2. it all depends upon contract . Contract is so much important these days . even for my freakin website www.forallhouses.info

  3. Did you change the contract?  Yes, you still have a contract what is your concern?
