Five weeks ago I ordered 2 bottles of indoor tanning lotion from www.bestanning.com. Five days after ordering my bank account was debited over $40 for the lotion and shipping. The site said most orders were shipped in 48 hours, so I emailed them because the link they sent with the order confirmation that was supposed to show the order status didn't work. I got a reply right away saying the order was being processed and that I should receive it the following week. So I waited. The web site stated that Internet policy is that they have 30 days to ship an order. After 30 days had passed, I emailed them again asking about my order again. I said that I either wanted my lotion or want my money back. No response. What can I do at this point? Is there a place to make a complaint? The company is supposed to be a Yahoo merchant, whatever that means. I have done quite a bit of online shopping and I have never had anything like this happen before! Can anyone help?
