Yes! You should know that over dose of any thing is dangerous whatever it is.Why you dont take DATES & DRY GRAPES ( KHAJOOR & ANGOOR ) instead for good sleeping.

Sleeping pills in general should be regulated, as an overdose of sleeping pills can depress the central nervous system, affecting the basic functions of the body such as breathing.

Trika is a commercial name for alprazolam, an anti-anxiety benzodiazepine. It is used in generalized anxiety disorders and panic disorder. As it is a central nervous system depressant, it helps promote sleep if taken at bed time. The maximum daily dose is 3 - 4 mg/day in adults, but should be divided on 2 - 3 doses. Overdose can lead to excessive central nervous system depression manifested by somnolence, drowsiness, respiratory depression, up to coma and death. Those with a brain disorder or liver disease, low body weight, and elderly population are at increased risk of CNS depression at lower doses.
