Yes it does , it does for anyone also increases rectal cancer chances.

only if it's too rough.  prolapsed rectums can be a problem, but usually that arises from fisting.  you can work up a tolerance for both, but make sure you take it slow at first and have your partner stop if you feel any pain... slow and steady :)
