p.l,z help me i have and hypo thyoiide and i seen getting worsth then ,better ,i hear some got healed by alternate medecin herds and etc,???

I have hypothyroidism. My best advice to see improvement is to take hormone supplements at the exact same time, on an empty stomach only at night before bed. Your body can absorb them better that way. Good Luck!
