Does anone know about a artist named Robert Hamblen?

we found a light house painting in a old book we bought and its signed in the lower right corner with the name Hamblen and we found paintings just like it except the only problem is they all go to a site called askart.com and i can't accsess it from my comp. There is a signature on the few paintings on the site that i can view that are signed in the same exact place with the same handwriting...... help please

he maybe an artist that made art for post cards at the turn of the century. search "vintage Post cards" then his name and see if any thing looks familiar.
