Ya know the Kraft Maceroni and Cheese comerical? Where a bunch of stuff falls/rolls etc. on each other to 'trigger' something? Like something going into a basket that basket falling triggering a ball which rolls and stes off a hand that feeds a fish or moves a peice of paper? Well I want to make something elaberate like that with found objects around the house. It doesn't matter what it is, but does anybody have a site with instructions on that kind of thing? Thank you sooooooo much!

  1. It's called a Rube Goldberg Machine, named after a cartoonist from the early 1900's who became most popular for series of cartoons depicting these machines. A Rube Goldberg Machine is, simply, any overly complex machine designed to do a very simple task.

Another popular Goldberg Machine from a Honda commercial a few years back:

The thing is, there can be no instructions. Look at the objects around your house, think of what they do, and imagine how they can interact. Instructions would ruin the whole creative aspect of building such a thing.
