  1. yes it does, no it doesn't, stop contradicting me!!!

  2. Yes. I mean no. I mean... I don't know. (Hysterical laughter)!!!!!! But seriously sometimes it can if the person isn't seeing a doctor or not taking any medications for it. And caffeine can make it worse.

  3. Yes, when you ar depressed or anxious, you pathology (thinking) get based more out of avoidance than adventure, you are making choices tha tare moe inclined to reduce pain than increase pleasure...

  4. Yes, I used to feel the same way. Please take this into consideration. It worked for me, although I am not you.

I had overwhelming anxiety. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. Sadly, the package doesn't have to say Splenda or diet to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels. So, you might be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia, gastrointestinal issues and more.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen so its like a breath of fresh air

  5. i think.... yes?

  6. yes

  7. ABSOLUTELY!!! Sometimes you can't even make a simple decision. It is very crippling at times.

  8. sho nuff! if a waitress at a restaurant looks at me funny i'll think shes putting cyanide in my food.......in the back of your mind you know its probably not happing, but youd rather be safe

  9. Yes, it pretty much makes you think of the negative about everything.

  10. seems like it would.  you naturally think better when you are calm and not stressed.  it just makes sense that if you were super worried or super depressed you might not be thinking clearly.  the mind tends to get muddled in those types of situations.  on the other hand, extreme stress (but we're talking life-threatening here) can cause people to think with extreme clarity, as a survival reflex.
