ok look you can download a program called photoscape.. go to photoscape.com.. its free.

once you download it.. choose "age"editing

it will show you different page options and you can put pictures put together like this:)

i have a jonas brothers fansite and i personally do not group photos. but oddly enough im pretty sure that in Paint you can do it. just like play around with it and cut and paste pics together to make it group. :] i hope this helps.

Photobucket is for posting pictures, not editing them. Use a program like Photoshop or The Gimp to do that kind of thing.

i don't think you can do that on photobucket but you can download photofiltre for free online which is your better option.
