The best Hotel in Rosarito is The Los Pelicanos Hotel

Having stayed at two other hotels and a condo in the Rosarito area, I can honestly say that Los Pelicanos is far and away my favorite. I've stayed in regular oceanfront rooms and in two of the suites, and all the rooms I've been in have been really nice.
