You are being scammed.  Any company with a phone  number that starts +44 70 is not a genuine company, and the phone number is a mobile number which is a "find me anywhere in the world" number which is generally used in advance fee fraud scams.  They operate by offering people jobs and then asking for money for flight tickets/ visas/work permits/courier fees.  You send the money and you either never hear from them again, or you send the money and they ask for more and then you never hear from them again.

As for the address supplied, well Manchester is not in London so that is false.

Do not have anything to do with this job offer no matter how tempting it may sound.
