  1. schekter and gibson guitars are my favorite.

  2. Gibson les Paul...then again, you did say you didn't want one that was too expensive...Ibanez makes some decent stuff.

  3. Everyone can recommend you their guitar.  They love it!  That's why they play it.  The best guitar is the one that's the most comfortable in YOUR lap and the most comfortable to play.  You might have to play a hundred guitars before you find it.  You might only have to play three.  Go check a few out.

  4. I have a yamaha 6 string acoustic and i love it.

  5. electric-gibson-nothing better

  6. First of all, since you asked about Electric-Acoustics or just an Acoustic you need to ignore all the morons who gave names of just Electric guitars. I have an Ovation that is Electric-Acoustic, which is nice cuz I can play it with or without an amp. Also it has a built in equalizer and tuner, which is real handy. Plus it will be easier if you ever play a show or want to record...rather then having to add on a sound hole pickup.

  7. Johnson or something like that. Acoustic Guitars. I just bought one about a month ago and I lovee it!

  8. gibson les paul jr.

  9. I would recommend the Yamaha APX500. You can pick it up from Guitar Center for about 300 dollars.

It was my first guitar and it has served me well.

You can find it at this url:  http://www.guitarcenter.com/Yamaha-APX50...

  11. Gibson or Fender are top two brands.

  12. many of the electric guitars are owned by fender.

if u buy a fender u must buy a fender amp as this will get u the sound u want cause the fender guitars are now c**p but the amps kick ***.

fender used to be good until about 10 yrs ago i think ever since they started making there guitars in china. if i had the money id buy a old school fender guitar from like the 70's to the late 90's just about the time they stopped hand crafting them.

  13. Learn all ur stuff on an acoustic then when u r happy with evreything you can play get a decent electric because they are a lot easier to play. I don't really know any other good acoustics apart from a lorenzo which ive got, it was my first proper guitar which i got about 3-4 years ago, it has never let me down. if u want an electric (cheap but good) get an epiphone, there my faviorite guitar, i like it them more than my fender and it was only £100, but ive just bought an Epi LP Custom.
