Does any body know a charity foundation in Africa?

I'm not from Africa and I do not need money nor I'm not a scammer.I have a good friend in Ghana (Africa) who needs some money(200 or more dollars).We were chatting for about 2 months but recently says needs money for food and other things and wage is not enough.Our banks do not deal with African countries and foreign exchange brokers and say we can do it by western union in Dubai but u should pay at least for 1000 dollars and 100 dollars for cost(too much for me).She is a foreigner who lives there ,not scammer and proud .If u can't send M . tell how can we help her. Thanks
