Does any body know how bad doubling the normal dose of benadryl for sleep on a daily bases could be?

Sometimes a liquid dose will kick in faster and you wouldnt need to double it.  Benedryal I think makes liquid.  And Tylonal PM comes in liquid form (the pm part is generic benedryal).

If your not use to it it could make you even more out of it when you wake up. I have doubled up on it lots of times and for a long time. Thats what i do to help me sleep.

haha.  My doctor told me to take benedryl to help me sleep. And she told me to double the dose.  So I hope it's not bad.  I do it daily

You should not take more than 50mg of Benadryl @ a time. Each capsule is 25mg so two capsules is ok, just don't take more than that.
