Does any body know if them chinese lunar baby gender calenders work?

No - they may seem like they work sometimes but they have a 50-50 chance of being right.  The only way to know is to check the baby you are carying, anything else is just a guess.

It said I was going to have a boy, and I had twin boys. Its a 50/50 chance though so of course sometimes its gonna be right - just a coincidence..

didnt work for me, they said i was having  boy and i had a little girl. its best to have a  surprise even though it doesnt feel that way when ur pregnant and dying to know what it is, good luck and congrats x

Some swear by it but it did not work for me.  According to it my boys should have been girls.  Certain foods are suppose to help as well.  My doctor told me to have s*x 2-3 days before ovulation for a girl and on ovulation or as close to it for a boy then no more until a positive pregnancy test.  It worked for us and my friend.   Good luck.

I was wondering that as well.  I checked it from when I was pregnant with my son and it was accurate.  I have researched it a bit and it says it is about 90% accurate.  However nothing is for sure, so I wouldn't rely on it.
