Does any body knows if after taking ciprofloxacin ?

i was prescribe ciprofloxacin for 7 days 500mg uti have to take 2 daily i feel much better haven't feel any side effects would i feel them later on , or it takes more than 7 days to feel the side effects , i saw i all the side effects of the antibiotic is a pretty long list .

Cipro is a good antibiotic for uti.  If you havent had any side effects dont worry about it, not eveybody has side effects. Take all of the antibiotics even if you feel better, it doesnt mean your infection is gone. ( I am a medical asst.) Hope you feel better!!

Cipro is well tolerated by most overall. If you haven't felt side effects while you are on the medication your chances of experiencing side effects after finishing the medication are pretty low.

Pharmaceutical companies have to list all the side effects of every medication they manufacture. THis doesn't mean you will get any of them. When they do trial runs for a new medication, they get volunteers to take the medication or a placebo. (they don't know which one they are getting) and the drug co. has to list all the side effects that were experienced with the medication.
