Yes only USA can beat themselves up. If that makes any sense if USA makes mental errors lapses on defense petty fouls, frustration, one on one play by any one player instead of team effort, and also if they let a team build confidence it will lose. Other than that this team just seems to have better chemistry more experienced players who happen to be the best in the world at each position. And a great coaching staff. Remember the last (Larry Brown) didn't play Lebron James. So obviously the team just needs to continue it's style of play and they've shown however they are a little (microscopic) vulnerable when a team limits their transition offense but even then they won by 21 against the Euro champs.

No, unless they lose focus and play an NBA style of play. The Olympics require a quicker style of basketball. The USA members can play this way and can dominate. I would be surprised if they receive anything less than gold.
